Our projects
C-Hive
The design challenge started in 2019 and continued until the end of 2021. It comprises work from students and faculty from 6 courses and several research projects like Would Wood. It also contains work from Team Sweden members and their preparations for the Solar Decathlon competition. Further, it contains early iterations of what would later become the life-sized display unit. The Design challenge focus is on a bigger context. It touches upon the urban context, social concepts, reuse, biological diversity and large scale construction. The focal point of the design challenge was how building on rooftops could be used as a strategy.
